The Far Grove

The Big Tidy

Wow…STUFF.

Now that I’ve impressed everyone with my eloquence, I’ll explain.

I’ve finally finished the craft table/area with the cleaning and the floating shelves and all the clear stackable containers, and I have the pictures to prove it. I even reattached a new ribbon to the edge of the table, which you can see gleaming slightly (it doesn’t shine unless there is light blaring right on it) in the first picture. Since I hung all those shelves myself, I am very proud of them, because I hate using power tools and levels can be really tedious. But I did it, and they are all perfectly straight. The only thing left to do is minor tidying and painting the gross soft orange wall to silver, but that will have to wait until May or June.  Have a look!

Three pictures will do to illustrate my new organizational system, I think. But it is SUCH a relief to have it done. Now I just have to organize the filing/shipping area. Yay.

AND I am going to show you my newest sticks, a pair of charm/strand crossbreeds…Midnight Macaroon!

Midnight Macaroon

I really like them. The giant chocolate-brown cloisonne coin-shaped focal beads are cool and I love the coconut coin beads. Chocolate + coconute = Macaroon. And the moon and stars are out, so obviously it is night. Bet you could have figure that out on your own. :)

ALSO, it made me a bit of a wreck this morning since I don’t handle stress or change well at all, but I listed all 8 of my prints for the first time this morning at The Far Grove. Just click the link to go to my store and you can see all of them! I think they make a great addition.

Mucho impressed by your work area, especially the DIY shelves. In an odd way, seeing that inspires more confidence in your products and works!

It gets messy pretty quick, with my low energy and all. But the shelves were a great purchase, they really make it easy to find what I need. :)
